RETURN POLICY:

Merchandise purchased directly from Crankbrothers.com may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice, receipt or packing slip. The item(s) must be unused*, in new condition, and in undamaged packaging. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. * We recommend shipping via UPS-Insured. We will not accept C.O.D deliveries, nor can we replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not ship return items without an outer box or padded envelope - any damage to the product packaging due to improper return shipping is subject to a 10% restocking fee.

*Synthesis Carbon purchases include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and may be returned used, in good condition.
